Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am new to Instant Ink so I didn't open the new tri-color ink cartridge until I needed it.  The tri-color cartridge was too large.  It was the #64/303 and I needed the smaller cartridge - #64.

I contacted support by telephone last week and today I received new cartridges.  The tri-color sent was another TOO LARGE 64/303!

I NEED THE smaller #64 CARTRIDGE. The one on the left is too large; the on on the right is the one I need. The one on the left is too large; the on on the right is the one I need.

Would someone tell me what to do about this problem?

Hello!  Thanks for answering.

I took a picture and posted it along with my question.  Well, the big one really does not fit.  If I keep trying to jam it into my printer I am afraid I will break it [the printer, not the cartridge . . .].

Here's the picture:

Calling the Instant Ink support line is a rather daunting experience.  The agent with whom I spoke didn't seem to understand my problem and sent the wrong ink anyway.  If only there was a way to send this picture to him.

Have you received your correct ink cartridge yet?

Manufacturers treat any misuse of cartridges as a warranty violation because their size, shape and ink formulations match up properly only with the hardware for which they're designed. Inserted into the wrong printer, they can clog printheads, damage cartridge slots or defeat head maintenance routines. Dollar General Survey
