I have enrolled my printer with the Instant Ink program, but it shows as "Not Enrolled" on the page "My Dashboard". I clicked "Sign up for Instant Ink" just to see what would happen, and got the message that my printer is already enrolled (which is correct). But it still shows "Not Enrolled"... I did receive an email confirming that I have enrolled. Is there any way to correct this message? Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi RodrigoB,
Your solution did not work (thanks for trying to help, though), so I called HP and spoke to a very helpful colleague of yours. It turns out that I need to be patient.
I am subscribed, and a new set of cartridges will be sent to me about 10 days after I subscribed. When I install these, the offending tile will automatically show that I am enrolled, and page counting will start. A bit confusing, and not very well explained at all in the documentation that came with the printer or on the HP website (or if it is, it is very well hidden).
So in a nutshell, when one subscribes to "Instant Ink", a new set of ink cartridges if shipped to the HP customer 10 days later and it is when this new set of cartridges is installed that the subscription (with 4 month free trial in my case) starts in earnest.
I am writing these lines *before* the first 10 days have elapsed, so I cannot testify that it will all work as I was told, but I have no reason to doubt it.
