Envy 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have 5 months of free ink with my recently purchased Envy 6032, however like many others in this section it's not showing on my account, despite me entering the 'printer claim code' when setting everything up, and my ink being shipped 24th.

Therefore, like the others I'm reaching out here to get this sorted ASAP within the window allowed for the trial.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

I can see this has now been applied, thank you.

I'll mark this response as the accepted solution, as I don't believe there is a 'solution' detailed in any of the other posts. There is evidently an issue with automatic application of the free months to users (not just me) setting everything up as required, and the 'solution' is to follow up on the forum and give more details that, in my opinion, are already held by HP upon registering the printer and signing up for Instant Ink.

Therefore, the 'solution' on this occasion would be to address this within the system itself. In the meantime, for anyone reading this with the same issue as me - Jay has been very helpful on private message, I'd therefore recommend messaging to get your free months applied.
