HI,

I am unable to access the Instant Ink website as I normally do. I have tried multiple devices and computers, both at home and at work. When I log in, the timing circle just keeps circling, and it never shows me the account overview or any of the other options. Every once in a while it will switch for a few seconds to a screen that says "Loading HP Cloud Services", but then it just goes back to the circling timer icon. Is the website down?

I have been having the same problem for a week. I spoke with HP Cust Svc last week and was told to try different browsers, try again in a few hours, try again in a few days. Nothing has worked. I spoke with HP Cust Svc again today and they are (finally?) going to "escalate" the problem to some else there. (Not sure what they have been doing since I first reported the outage last week!?!) So now I am waiting, again. In the interim, I had to cancel the credit card they are using to bill me for their service each month and am trying to input new, valid credit card info before the monthly payment is due. I have told their Cust Svc person twice that I need to get the billing info updated so they don't cut off my printer service. They won't take the new credit card info over the phone for security reasons (admirable), but they also are unable to get their site running. Argh!!!

Been trying to access the site for several days, and also have an "escalated" claim. Still not fixed as of writing this!

Its not letting me bring it up either. Keeps saying the same thing. I did get to chat but he couldnt tell me anything. They need to get it fixed.

I am also having issues logging into the site. My billing is now an issue and will lose my printer function.

I was able to log in and change my billing information. I used an old email from a previous month, and it allowed me to use the sign in link with no issues. Hope this helps get others logged in to their accounts.
