Solved!

Instant Ink will not send me a replacement.

My colour cartridge is empty but the printer has been offline according to the instant ink website. I got a black cartridge shipped and it is installed. I cannot get a colour cartridge and keep getting the same message that the cartridge is not inserted correctly. I have done all the fixes mentioned here but nothing works. I need a new colour cartridge or this account and the hp envy go into the skip.

Thanks Kumar.

I have sent you the details and I managed to get on to someone yesterday on Whats App. My printer is online now but the message still comes up as cartridge error.

 

I have checked the colour cartridge and it is empty.
