Instant Ink with a second hand printer

I have purchased an HP Deskjet 3630 all in one series second hand. I want to sign up for Instant Ink however I cannot because there is already an account for this printer. I do not have the previous owner's information. What can I do?

* I have been waiting to get through to Instant Ink **bleep** # for 54  mins...

I'd like to help!

I understand you would like to enroll in the instant ink service.

As the printer was previously enrolled, you will have to cancel that account before re-enrolling.

because you do not have any information about the previous account, I'd recommend you contact the HP Instant Ink team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.
