Product: HP ENVY Photo 6032e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Invoice download from HP Smart does not work.  So, when I have the list of bills, and click one of the 'download' icons, nothing is offered to open or save.

Same thing happens when requesting a connection with online chat help - a small popup windows invites connection to chat but when the icon is selected nothing happens.

Complaint was that invoice download did not work.  Have found the solution myself.  Originally I logged into the 'HP cloud' starting from the HP Smart app but invoices would not print.  By logging into the HP cloud service from a browser I was able to access the same information, and the invoice downloads then worked.
