I’m moving from the uk to the UAE. I have an HP instant ink subscription. Will I be able to take my printer and keep my subscription? So have an HP ENVY 4520 All in one printer series.

Thanks!

Hi @YI_RO

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

When moving internationally, there are a few considerations regarding your HP Instant Ink subscription:

Service Availability: HP Instant Ink service availability varies by country. As of my latest information, the UAE is not currently listed as a supported country for HP Instant Ink. Therefore, you may need to cancel your subscription when you move from the UK to UAE.

Printer Compatibility: If the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called a regional reset for your printer; only after that will you be able to use the printer with the current region's ink cartridges.

Subscription Management: You should cancel your Instant Ink subscription before leaving the UK to avoid any charges or complications once you're in the UAE. You can always check with HP support for any updates or changes to service availability in new locations.
