Why doesn't HP fix the problem with getting signed in to instant ink account. I am obviously not the only one that gets the "something went wrong" screen and it has been going on for far too long. I just wanted to update my billing details but HP must have so much money that they are not bothered if they loose so many instant ink subscriptions and they obviously don't care about their customers once they've got money out of them.
