I've been trying to figure out how to get ahold of somebody to speak with them about my instant billing. I apparently have to tell the world my Problems because I don't have the time to figure out how to get a case number to talk to someone. HEY WORLD I'M BROKE AND EPILEPTIC WITH FOUR KIDS THAT NEED TO DO THEIR SCHOOL WORK. AFTER ONE OF MY SEIZURES A MONTH OR TWO AGO I WAS ON SOME MEDICATION THEY GIVE ME FOUR A RESCUE MED THAT MAKES ME NOT THINK SO CLEARLY MADE ME DECIDE TO PICK A $24 PLAN WHEN I PRINT MAYBE 90 SHEETS OF PAPER A MONTH WHO KNOWS WHY I WAS ON A VERY STRONG NARCOTIC MEDICINE. I TRIED TO CONTACT HP THEN WITH NO RESPONSE. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO DO WHEN WE CAN HARDLY AFFORD ANYTHING LET ALONE AN EXTRA $20 ON INK THAT WE DO NOT NEED AT ALL. AND COULD BE RESOLVED EASILY WITH A CONVERSATION WITH HP. BUT NOW I HAVE TO PUBLICLY EMBARRASS MYSELF IN ORDER TO HOPEFULLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SO MY KIDS CAN DO THEIR SCHOOL WORK WHO ARE HAVING TO GO TO THEIR FRIEND'S HOUSE TO PRINT OFF PAPERS AND I AM QUITE SICK OF THEM HAVING TO DO SO BECAUSE OF MY MISTAKE WHILE ON A MEDICATION AFTER A SEIZURE.
CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME OR PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO GET THIS FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR WHATEVER I NEED TO DO PLEASE I CAN'T AFFORD ANOTHER PRINTER, I CAN'T AFFORD MORE CARTRIDGES, I CAN'T AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE. I APOLOGIZE THAT EVERYBODY HAD TO LISTEN TO MY SOB STORY AND THAT I HAD TO PUT IT ON A FORMAT LIKE THIS I'M THANKFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE AND WISH BEST FOR EVERYBODY.
