Today, before printing the pages i refreshed the hp instant account online and madee a note of time and page count. Then printed a school homework pdf containing 2 pages (one page has content n other is blank), my printer is loaded with only 1 paper. So i have to cancel the job after printing the 1st page. I see the count increased by 2 in hp website even i did a cancel.
Then i have one more pdf of 4 pages (in which 1 page is blank) . Each pdf has a small image, in order to save paper, I selected option multiple (3 in one page). So printer option showed 2 pages to print (1st page with 3 images and 2nd page is blank) I loaded the printer again with 1 paper and printed. After the 1st page of print, i cancelled the second one as its blank. I see the count incremented again by 2.

Hi @nagendrasl,
I'd like to help!
When you initiate to print 2 pages and then try and cancel the 2nd page after the 1st page is printed will not help, as the printer would have received the command to print both pages at the same time and is already in the process of printing, the cancel option is overridden in this situation.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
