Hello, i just opened and installed my blank instant ink cartridge that i received about a month ago. The printer is giving cartridge failure error. upon taking a closer look at the cartridge, the brown tape kind of thing that is glued to the cartridge where the connectors and the ink side is present is tampered with.
I understand i wont receive another shipment until i install and finish this cartridge. How can i proceed?
can HP send me a replacement cartridge? I am now paying monthly without use as i cant receive further shipments until this is resolved.
