I have put in an Instant Ink cartridge in my printer and have had a cartridge failure message come up on my Mac. I have tried cleaning the cartridge and the message is still appearing. I require a new tricolour cartridge to be sent out as I cannot use my printer without this! As a teacher, this is extremely frustrating as I need my printer to print resources for school! It is impossible to find a way to call anybody to talk about this and the Virtual Agent has been a nightmare to operate! Please can someone help me!
