Hi,
Color cartridge have a problem.
Printer ask me to replace or clean. I cleaned as assistance said but I won't replace because sent me with instant ink program.
How i can have a new functionally cartridge?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

You will need to call HP at the number as found in the post above. For Italy the number is listed in the lower right of the picture at the website here: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/it/it/l/

I had an hp office jet pro 8600. I have used 950XL black cartridges before and am trying to use a new 950XL black cartridge now but the printer is telling me the cartridge is empty. However I just removed the cartridge from it’s packaging and know it is full. I tried another 950xl and same message????
