I am asking HP Instant Ink this question. We have purchased many of the same model printer so that they are standard across the company. When we used to get an email from Instant Ink to say that ink had been despatched, it used to state the printer by the email address we assigned to it which identified where the printer was and what ink had been despatched [colour or black]. This made it simple for despatching the ink once it arrived. Now the emails just state the model number, which when you have five or more the same model, we have to login to the account each time, drill through the printers to find out which printer the ink was for. Although this seems a minimal annoyance it can be time consuming, when it really didn't need to be. Please change your emails back! 🙄😁
