Instant ink return envelope

Cancelled my instant ink service and trying to request a recycling label, but the online flow to do so keeps switching my country to United States when I’m selected  Canada, so I can’t submit the request. I also can’t use the envelopes provided from the instant ink shipments because they are for the US since it says postage prepaid if sent in the US. Why does HP make it so hard to return these carts? Appreciate if anyone can provide some help here. Thanks.

I cannot answer definitively what Instant Ink is doing - I don't have a subscription with the service.

Try the HP Recycling Center Website - If you can use an 800 number, there is one listed at the bottom of the page.

There are also instructions for mailing back items to be recycled - scroll down about half way, click on Mail it back
