I have been hours on the phone trying to set up "Instant Ink," to no avail. I don't know why this case was closed; the issue was never resolved. Disappointed is an understatement. After being bounced from one agent to another I finally said, "I have to go." Which I did. I seriously doubt if my next printer will be an HP. 😞 Respectfully, Josep
