Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet Pro 6968 printer went "nuts" in December and started spitting out blank pages (some with one line of unreadable text at the top).  It had printed out about 50 such pages before I was alerted to what was happening and was able to shut it down.  After not being used for a day or two I turned it back on and it spit out another 20 such pages before I again shut it down.  I ran the P&S Dr and finally ended up re-installing the printer that solved the problem.  The problem now is that the page count for my Instantink agreement counted all those pages and took a big bite out of my monthly allotment of 200.  This also happened about two months prior and I figured it was a one-time error......  But it wasn't.

Question:  Is there any way to have these "blank" pages removed from the count?
