I got an error message when I was trying to register for the trial period for the HP Ink Program

Are you using the HP app or website to enroll in instant ink?

Hi, 

I am having the same problem, i am using my app on my laptop and my phone to try and enroll and getting the GSS001 message. I have also tried to enroll on the website and it wont connect my printer to my website account.
