I have 2 profiles that I need to combine. Somehow my personal INK program set up on my work HP account and I need at minimum move it over to my personal account. How can I do that? if we cannot move it can we please combine both accounts to one?
Thank you

Hi @t1donna,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for help with merging two instant ink accounts.
Unfortunately, you wont be able merge two different accounts to one.
However, you can cancel the subscription of the printer which is enrolled with your work ID and then add that printer to your personal ID instant ink account.
Please follow the below steps if you wish to add your work printer to your personal account.
- Perform a power drain on the printer.
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
1) Sign into your account:
Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account
2) Click Replace a Printer or Enroll a Printer and follow the steps to re-enroll the printer.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
