I have an account. My printer is listed. When I try to change payment method it says my printer is already listed on another account. Help me

Confirm Account Details:

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct HP account that initially registered the printer.
  • Double-check the email address and login credentials associated with your HP account.

Reclaim Ownership:

  • If the printer is listed under a different account, you might need to reclaim the ownership by removing the printer from the other account. You can contact HP support for assistance with this process.

Contact HP Support:

  • Since this issue involves account and configuration settings, reaching out to HP support is advisable. Explain the situation, including the message code and your attempts to resolve it.
  • You can contact them via their official support page.

Update Payment Method:

  • Once resolved, revisit the payment settings in your HP account:
    • Navigate to your account settings and select the option to update your payment method.
    • Follow the prompts to enter new payment information.
