Message "Cartridge Failure: HP Instant Ink TriColor." Neither tricolor nor black are printing.

Received error message: "Cartridge Failure: HP Instant Ink TriColor " However, neither tricolor nor black ink is printing. Screen shows black still half full, but tricolor error is indicated. I subscribe to the HP Instant Ink auto wifi service. At first,  by removing & reinstalling the tricolor cartridge, sometimes both cartridges would print. But now neither will print. Should  I simply request an emergency mailing for replacement cartridges?

Today I received the new HP cartridges you sent and installed only the Tricolor cartridge. I immediately was able to print in both color and black. Apparently the old Tricolor cartridge had somehow become defective. I'm very satisfied with your response--the mailing of the new cartridges! Thanks again!

Hiya, I am having the same error message, could you please send new cartridges out? I've tried taking mine in and out and switching it on and off with no luck!
