Hi, I only received the black cartilage, which was empty. The color ink was not in the package. Also, the envelope to send back the cartilages in was in the package, either. 

 

Please help me.

Hi, you said that the color ink was fine and I just put in the new black cartridge and I just tried to print with the printer saying empty color cartridge.  Please help,  what is going on?
