HP Recommended

I received my initial team of printer paper in late 2024. Since then I have moved and have been receiving my ink but not my paper that my account says was shipped to me. 
old address was in DePere, WI. Since December(a year ago) I have been living in Oshkosh and am now out of paper.  I don’t know what happened with the paper you sent 2 months ago, but I didn’t get it. 
The correct address is: Patsy Darnick, 1489 Lake Breeze Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54904. 

I did check my profile and the address appeared to be correct, but the paper was still sent to the wrong address.
