I received my initial team of printer paper in late 2024. Since then I have moved and have been receiving my ink but not my paper that my account says was shipped to me. 
old address was in Edited. Since December(a year ago) I have been living in Oshkosh and am now out of paper.  I don’t know what happened with the paper you sent 2 months ago, but I didn’t get it. 
The correct address is: Edited 

I did check my profile and the address appeared to be correct, but the paper was still sent to the wrong address.

I understand you are missing printer paper shipments after moving to a new address, even though your account now shows the correct address. Let’s go through a few steps to make sure future paper shipments go to the right place and explain what to do next.

Update and re-save your shipping address
Sign in to your HP account and open your profile or Instant Ink settings.
Re-enter the current address, save it again, and confirm it shows as the default shipping address.

Allow the address update to fully sync
After saving the updated address, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
This ensures the system uses the new address for future shipments.

Understand why the last shipment went to the old address
If a shipment was already processed before the address update synced, it may still go to the previous address.
This can happen even if the address looks correct afterward.

Check your shipment history
Review the paper shipment listed in your account from two months ago.
Confirm the shipping status and the address shown for that shipment.

What to do about the missing paper
At this point, update and confirm the address first.
Once that is done, get back to us so the paper can be re-shipped to the correct address.

Future shipments
After the address is updated and confirmed, all future paper shipments will go to the new address in Oshkosh.
No additional action is needed once the address is correctly saved.

Updating the address is the key step. Once that’s completed, you can follow up and the paper can be sent again to the correct location.
