An 8 year customer. I moved in June. Changed all info. on my account. Address, billing, etc.  First set of ink was sent to my old address.  I Called - they admit mistake.  Three weeks later, only colored ink arrives - I need black.  Sent to wrong address again.  Called again - reassured all was fixed. Black comes 2 later.  On next shipment, it's addressed to the FORMER HOME OWNER. Weeks later i get it and the ink is all washed out. Online, I cannot get into my account although I updated info.  They aren't answering phone. I paid for months of ink and service that I never got. 

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO REACH SOMEONE IN CHARGE BY EMAIL!!
