Hi, I was attracted to using HP as my new printer by the great 6 month free trial and a future or less wasted ink. I went though all the steps to start my free trial but I have been billed straight away. is there any way I can rectify this?

To claim your trial, you must enroll within 7 days of printer setup.
During your trial, you can print up to the trial limit regardless of your plan.
You can change your plan at any time. my gift card site

Hi Betty,
I have a 2720e.
It arrived just before I went on Holiday. I turned it on to check it powered up.
When I came home I went through the set up process following all the instructions and thought it had all worked.
I was quite suprized and disappointed when I got charged.
If there is any help or guidance you can give me you would make my day.
Thanks
Steve
