Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

My printer was working fine until the black ink ran out. The cartridge was replaced but it hasn't worked since. I have gone round in circles with the virtual assistant and WhatsApp messages but haven't got anywhere. When I wipe it with a damp cloth, as suggested by hp support, it will partially print for a while but then stop again. I need a new black ink cartridge but can't contact anyone to get it sorted! this has been like this for months now and I'm paying for a service I can't use! 😡
