Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Instant ink colour cartridge has a problem and after taking out and reinserting it thinks it is an incompatible cartridge - HELP! HP virtual agent just takes me in circles!

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
