HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

Been a member of HP instant ink for years now. Wife lost our credit card. HP unable to bill us. We forgot to update their site with new cards info. Instant ink shut off the printer for our use. Finally, figured out why it wasn't working and updated billing info asap. waited a day, after 24 hrs.' printed still not working. called support and talked to tech support. Even did a remote with them for 3 hrs. They were unable to help. They promised to call me back from the technical dept today. Call never came. When I call back, I'm put on hold, after 1/2 hr. I just give up. If they cannot fix this, why can they not just admit it. If someone out there has had this prob, plz help. Thank you!
