Hello Im having trouble with my new ink catridge. I keep getting an ink error. It keeps saying cartridge problem. Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, makinf sure it is correctly installed.Which I repeatly did, I also took out the cartridge and cleaned it off and the inside. I also turned off and unplugged and replugged after 20 mins. Nothing seems to be working, which is so frustrating becase I get my ink from HP scubscription. Its a new cartidge. Im sorry for allthis craziness. Thank you so much.
