Product: HP DESKJET 2700e
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

my DeskJet 2700e has an orange flashing light next to the tri colour icon. I've attempted to fix the issue by removing and putting back the cartridge and have tried unplugging it. The issue has persisted. The cartridge is new as this is the second time using this printer.

Please follow the reset option for the printer ,

  1. Unplug the power cord from the unit.
  2. Press and hold ‘Cancel’ and ‘Power’ button
  3. Insert the power cord
  4. Release the buttons
