MY OFFICEJET 3835 WAS PRINTING FINE BUT RAN OUT OF INK SO I REPLACED THE BLACK CARTRIDGE WITH THE ONE SUPPLIED BY HP INSTANT INK. SINCE THEN THE PRINTED CHARACTERS ARE BLURRY. I HAVE RUN DIAGNOSTICS, TESTED PRINT QUALITY, ALIGNED AS USUAL, CLEANED THE PRINT HEADS BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS AND MOST PRINTOOUTS ARE ILLEGIBLE.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
