Hello, I purchased an Original HP 63XL Tri-Color ink cartridge, but I went to install it into my HP OfficeJet 5255, the printer said it was incompatible. I think this was one bad cartridge, because I took out an (empty) HP 63XL Tri-Color which worked fine. I then went out and bought another HP 63XL Tri-Color ink cartridge and it's working just fine. I tried to work with the retailer to get a replacement cartridge, but they said I needed to contact you (HP) directly. Can you please send me one Original HP 63XL Tri-Color Ink Cartridge to replace the bad one that does not work?
