HP has done this several times; where they tell me to update my billing and then continues to SUSPEND my account before my billing period has even ended. Then they advertise all this “contact us” and support options and have none, says “currently unavailable” it’s obvious they know they’re being so shady they don’t want to answer any questions. I screenshot everything and I’ll be sure to blast this until something is done. This is unacceptable. One page says pay before “said date” BEFORE your billing period expires to avoid suspension, I cannot print anything because they suspended me anyways because they want me to pay them for another what? 2 weeks before they try and force me to pay for another month? And I do research as well they’ve blatantly been false advertising for several years and that makes me sick. You just wait HP until someone gathers all this together and you are hit with this crap. Entirely unacceptable. I’d almost advise ANYONE to throw out HPs crap subscription and their crap printers and go with something else because this is absolutely ridiculous. No help being provided either. Let’s also add that when you navigate some more they try to find more ways to charge you more money for support even though HP+ is supposed to have customer support. Edit: a mod tried removing some of my photos (no sensitive info is shown, why would they do that?
2nd Update: HP agent requests info on here and then deters me away yet again and directs me towards their UNAVAILABLE support page. The incompetence of the company and their employees is outright insane.

Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
