Hi  @Joy-7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out.

I’m glad to hear that your replacement HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer is up and running. I understand that your ink levels are running low and that you already have an active Instant Ink subscription. I'll be happy to help gather a few details so we can better understand why replacement ink may not have arrived yet.

To assist you further, could you kindly help with the following questions?

  1. Is the printer currently enrolled and connected to your HP Instant Ink account?
  2. Did you transfer your existing Instant Ink subscription to the replacement printer, or was the replacement printer enrolled separately?
  3. Have you recently received any Instant Ink shipment emails from HP?

In the meantime, kindly try these checks:

  1. Open the HP App and verify that the printer shows as connected and online.
  2. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and confirm that the replacement printer is listed under your enrolled devices.
  3. Print an Instant Ink Status Page from the printer control panel (if available) and check the enrollment status.
  4. Restart the printer and ensure it remains connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  5. Verify that the shipping address associated with your Instant Ink account is current and correct.

Also kindly share the instant ink ID via private message to check the details from our end .

Once you share the details above, we'll be in a better position to understand what is happening with the subscription and ink shipment status.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
