My cartridges are not reading in my printer and will not print anything. I am in desperate need of my printer as I will be homeschooling my children.

I sent the email but nothing has been taken care of. I've called a million times, been directed and redirected each time. Been on the phone for literally hours on end. Billed for four months and I haven't even been ac ble to use the services I paid for. I just would like the issue to be resolved.
