I no longer have an HP Printer and I want to delete my entire account.  The Documents link in an above post works but does not allow American English.  Comes up with a BAD REQUEST ERROR.  Does the same thing with the UK ENGLISH.  So how do I delete my account???

Your reply was for IOS.  I am running Windows 11.  I can't find any info on completely deleting my account.  I don't have my HP 4252e printer anymore nor do I have any HP Products.

Therefore, I would like to delete everything.

TIA

HI @Fibberly,

Thanks for clarifying. I understand you’re on Windows 11 and want to completely delete your HP account since you no longer have any HP products.

Here’s the correct process to remove your account:

  • Go to the HP Account Page, open HP Account Login, and sign in with your credentials.
  • Access Account Settings
  • Once logged in, click on your profile icon (top-right).
  • Select Account Settings.
  • Scroll down to find Delete Account.
  • Click it, and confirm deletion.
  • If Error Occurs (Bad Request)
  • Try using a different browser (Chrome/Edge).
  • Clear cache/cookies before retrying.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

I don't have ACCOUNT SETTINGS under my profile.  So the instructions you gave me are useless...I do have MY SETTINGS but no way to delete my account from there..

Hi @Fibberly,

Thanks for clarifying further

Sign in at the HP account login page. If “Delete Account” isn’t visible, try accessing from a different browser (Chrome/Edge) and clear cache/cookies.

Please try the steps again and let me know.

I am already using Microsoft EDGE the latest version..

Get the same error..

Since I can't get this fixed, I will just avoid coming to this site...
