I received a new black ink cartridge from my Instant Ink account a while back. I replaced the old one the other day with it. However, no black ink will come out. The printer detects that it is in fact a new and full cartridge. I do not receive any errors and it acts like it's printing just fine. Color ink works, but not the new black ink. I've used the tools for cleaning the cartridges, and attempted to clean the contacts and prime the ink as recommended, however these did not work. I believe there is an issue with the cartridge itself.
How do I go about getting a new ink cartridge?

Hi @tastyyogurt,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
Update Firmware
HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes.
To see how to update your printer, go to Update the firmware on an HP printer.
Make sure Web Services are on
An interruption of your printer connected to the Instant Ink service can cause cartridge or connection errors.
Make sure Web Services are on. See HP Printers - Turn On Web Services for more information.
Remove cartridges and reset printer (inkjet only)
Remove the cartridges and reset your inkjet printer to clear your memory.
Remove the cartridges.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord.

Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
Reinstall the cartridges.
