Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

@Gbh77 Since your printer is enrolled and the cartridge error still appears, perform the following steps to remove the message. When the message goes away, you can stop troubleshooting.

 

Step 1: Refresh your account page

Refresh your account page to have the Instant Ink service check your printer status.

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. Check your printer connection in the Status area of your account page.

    • Offline: Click the blue refresh button , and then click the web browser reload button to reload the web page. Do this up to five times, until the green check appears.

    • Online: Turn the printer off and back on with the Power button and check to see if the error message remains.

Step 2: Check your network

Your printer must be connected directly to the Internet. Check your network to make sure it is operating and compatible with Instant Ink.

  1. Make sure your network is compatible with Instant Ink.

    • Public or guest networks, like those used in colleges, hotels, or coffee shops, are not compatible.

    • A USB cable connection is not compatible if it is your printer's only connection.

    • If another device, like a mobile phone, cannot connect to the Internet through your network, the network is not compatible.

  2. If the network is not connected to the Internet, turn your network router and your printer off and back on. Go to the HP Wireless Printing Center for more help with your wireless network or Internet connection.

    • If you do not have access to a network that meets the requirements, HP Instant Ink cannot work. Purchase standard cartridges from a retailer.

    • If your network is compatible but the message still appears, continue troubleshooting.

I'm waiting for mine since 24 of march !!!

 

At the end of march HP "support" in Portugal just keep saying that the shipments were delayd, first.

Mid April, then said that they still didn't have a data.

At the end of April, they said that one ink fabric was closed by its national goverment...

They keep saying that all clientes are in the same situatio because all ink is shipped from the same place, aparently, that is not true if you already receive it and I'm still waiting since march 24...

 

7th of may and still no ink...

IMHO they are losing an excellent opportunity to make new clients, and losing the ones that already had... In this Covid times this was an HUGE advantage, but... doesn't us much if we still have to go shop ink...

Hello,

 

I have got the same problem as described in the first thread-entry. I signed in to Instant Ink and I'm now waiting for the ink since the 18th of April, please can you help me?

First ink shipment supposedly shipped April 19th but still not here... no tracking number to follow up... virtual agent says call live agent, but can't find contact info... is it time to cancel already due to no support available from HP?
