HP Envy Pro 6430
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have just set up my HP ENVY Pro 6430 and as part of the process signed up to HP Instant Ink thinking the option to redeem the 4 months trial would be there but it wasn't. There is a leaflet inside the box that says to follow the registration steps which I have but all I have managed to do is sign up to £3.xx/month with no mention of 4 moths free

Hi, i have had the solution faster by calling the customer care of the insta ink(the number for the german area). I had to reply to an email the agent sent me. The email required a photo of the offer-brochure in the reply. And it took only 5 minutes to solve after the reply and the whole process was recorded over phone. It took me around 10  minutes to connect to the person who took care of it though. Should have been easier if the whole process was described already in the similar posts (email addresses, phone numbers- with certain photos etc) . Thank you for caring.
