My instantink account says I used NO pages. That is false. What is going on?

@Bear18, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer to print?
  • Is the printer connected to the internet?
  • Do you have a count as to how many pages you printed using the HP Instant Ink cartridges?
