Last month I only printed 8 pages but my account does not show any rollover pages. Someone else on the forum had a similar problem but no fix for the issue appears in the post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Rollover-pages-on-instant-ink-account/td-p/6421515

The fifteen page free Instant Ink account does not allow rollover pages.  See section 10.b.i of the terms here:

FIFTEEN (15)-FREE-PAGES-PER-MONTH PROGRAM. The Fifteen (15)-Free-Pages-Per-Month Program (the “15-Free Program”) is a plan that offers You the opportunity to print fifteen (15) pages per month free of charge (“Free Pages”) through the Instant Ink Service. To participate in the 15-Free Program You must agree to the terms of this Agreement. HP is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations associated with the 15-Free Program. The 15-Free Program is subject to the following parameters:

  1. Rollover Pages. If, during any Month Period, You do not print all of Your Free Pages, then the unused Free Pages for that Month Period will not rollover and will not be available for use in subsequent Month Periods.

The terms indicate that Free Pages do not roll over.  However, if a customer goes over the 15 Free Page limit and purchases a pack of 10 pages for $1.00, will those purchased pages roll over to the next month if not all of them are used?
