It seems like the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Also, update the printer firmware

Try making a standalone copy in black and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If the issue persists, as you have already used an alternate black ink cartridge, the issue could be with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Note: The number of pages used for troubleshooting can be credited back to your account once the printer is replaced.
