Hi,

I needed to replace my existing HP Printer which is registered for Instant Ink as I wanted to be able print A3. I logged into my account, followed the link and ordered a new printer which has now been delivered and I have setup. I went to my account to swap over the printers only to find that my new printer is not listed!

This is really misleading and I believe I have been misled into buying a non-compatible printer!

@P0peye99, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 All-in-One Printer is not eligible for Instant Ink Subscription.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region for exchange options.

Hope this helps!

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this does not answer my point, and I'm not sure if you actually read it

My issue is that following the direction from HP, I bought the 7720 only to find out after I set it up that it was not included in Instant Ink. Not acceptable
