Hi I can not find my printer on the instant ink enrollment page?

That is correct - according to a quick check of the enrollment website, this printer is not eligible for the print-by-page Instant Ink subscription service in your region.

I do not known when / if the service will be expanded.

My opinion:

If a printer is not eligible it is perhaps because the printer is not physically compatible with the requirements (ink / web services, for example).   Physically ineligible, a printer in this category will never be included in the service.

It is possible the number of possible customers for the hardware would not cover the cost of providing the service.

It is possible the larger "wide" printers are not included for the same reason.  The cost to the customer for the monthly service might exceed either the necessary margin for profit by HP or the margin of savings needed to make the service a reasonable choice for the customer. 

If a print-per-page service is something you need - for example, if your printing needs exceed the cost of ink each month for your business, you might consider purchasing an eligible printer.  The people who save a noticeable amount of money on this are usually those who print more than a "few" pages per month - for example, if you regularly print 300 sheets every month, not having to buy ink is a benefit.  If you print 20 pages each month, perhaps not so much.  NOTE:  These are "out of hat" numbers - my comments do NOT represent HP's opinions, statement, or service suggestions.

Read the contract - understand the service.  If the service is available in your neighborhood but just not for your printer, consider the suggestions to purchase an eligible printer.
