I am on an instant ink contract, system has worked in the past but have now run out of tri colour ink, Been like that for 3 weeks and shows it as such, plus it is connected to web. But no ink sent or being sent. Have sent whats app messages to number shown, tried virtual agent etc etc. Does not appear to be a way to simply order more, speak to an actual human or otherwise. Urgently need the ink for grandsons home schooling? Seems to be a brick wall.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
