Cant get my printer online

I understand your printer is not coming online. Thank you for sharing that—it helps to know where things stand before moving forward.

 

To narrow this down, could you provide a few details:

  • The printer model or product number.
  • Are you connecting it with a computer or a phone?
    • If it’s a computer, which operating system is installed?
    • If it’s a phone, is it iPhone or Android?
  • Has there been any recent change in your wireless router or service provider?
  • On the printer itself, is the wireless light blinking or steady?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to guide you with the most relevant steps.
