Our account says we should have ink cartridges but we don’t . I thought maybe the shipment was just really slow but now we are completely out of ink. Our acct is definitely up to date (they just charged our cc). I can’t find a way to contact them.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.

You are welcome! Please feel free to post back here if you have any issues in getting a replacement cartridge.
Once you get the replacement cartridge and your issue is solved please come back and mark the thread as solved. This will help others with a similar issue find the solution.
