Ok I print usually 3 sets over my monthly amount. This month it said I printed 135 pages. No, I've hit print and it whine up printing 4 copies of something i wanted 1 copy of. Or I'm using just my copier part of my printer - I'm physically lifting to just scan something or fax something and I'm being charged. Why all the sudden just to copy or fax something I'm being charged? This is the 3rd time this has happened and NO resolution EVERY. But HP happily charges my account but if I dispute it you cancel my service I've had for ages...
